With 100% agave white tequila
OUR PRODUCTION PROCESS
Tequila Curado is made from a 100% agave Blanco tequila, with no barrel aging, no additives and no tricks, produced in the Highlands of Jalisco by renowned master distiller Carlos Camarena. Production takes place at the Los Alambiques distillery, heir to the knowledge and tradition of the La Alteña distillery, founded by Don Felipe Camarena in 1937.
Once this pure and crystalline tequila is obtained, the process that makes Curado unique begins: the infusion with cooked agave. Each variety of agave is cooked in its region of origin using traditional local techniques, respecting the identity of the plant and its land. It is then transported to Jalisco, where it is carefully infused in small 1,000-litre tanks at about 50º.
21 kg of cooked sweet agave are added for the infusion, providing texture, depth, sweet notes and a greater aromatic load. After 5 days of maceration, the liquid is delicately filtered and adjusted to 40º to achieve a perfect balance in tasting. The result is a certified, artisanal and deeply expressive tequila.

ESPADÍN EXPRESSION
Blanco Tequila infused with Agave Espadín de Oaxaca
100% white tequila made with agave produced in Arandas, Jalisco (Mexico). It is then infused with Espadín agave grown in the Valley of Oaxaca and cooked in situ according to the methods of the region. The decoration of the bottle is inspired by the Jaguar, common in the Oaxaca region.

BLUE WEBER EXPRESSION
Tequila Blanco infused with Blue Agave Tequilana Weber
100% white tequila made with agave produced in Arandas, Jalisco (Mexico). It is then infused with cooked agave to gain softness and increase the presence of the agave in flavor and aroma. The decoration of the bottle is inspired by the Badger, common in the Highlands region of Jalisco. Made in small batches.

CUPREATA EXPRESSION
White Tequila infused with Agave Cupreata from Michoacán
100% white tequila made with agave produced in Arandas, Jalisco (Mexico). It is then infused with Cupreata agave, grown in Morelia, Michoacán, and cooked in situ according to the methods of the region. The decoration of the bottle is inspired by the Coyote, common in the Michoacán region.

The latest release from our master distiller Carlos Camarena, with the intensity of agave and smoothness in the mouth of the most emblematic tequilas. Rested for 6 months in the bottle to achieve greater roundness and a better assembly of aromas and flavors.
